Dennis Suo is the Founder of Aether & Earth Co., established with a vision to build the most dedicated agency specializing in Asian markets for global destinations. He leads market development, strategic partnerships, and cross-sector initiatives, helping clients rebuild travel trade networks post-pandemic, revitalize Chinese digital platforms, and launch integrated campaigns that attract higher-spending Chinese travelers. With nearly 20 years of senior management experience in luxury retail and the Asia outbound travel market, Dennis brings deep expertise in B2B, B2C, e-commerce, mobile payment, digital marketing, and global business networks. He has also advanced bilateral collaboration through sister-state relationships, working closely with U.S. government agencies and Chinese partners to strengthen ties in tourism, education, culture, and economic development. Previously with DFS Group (LVMH), he led retail and airline partnership strategies across major airports. He holds an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management.

Davy Wang is the author of two popular books about public cloud computing. He was the founding team member of AWS China and Ali Cloud and Senior Consulting Manager in IBM. He was part of the first batch of senior experts certified by Amazon as a Professional Solution Architect. He has a successful track record of optimizing the architecture of the top Chinese internet companies as well as larger financial institutions.

Sophia Yajing Zhang brings over a decade of expertise in media, public relations, business development, and content production. She has led strategic communications for clients such as the Hawai’i Tourism Authority, Tencent, and Juilliard School. Formerly Director of International Affairs and Communications at CAIJING Magazine, she organized global PR campaigns and high-profile interviews with leaders like Hillary Clinton and Janet Yellen. Sophia also co- founded WaveVision Media, a social media brand under SEEC Media Group. With a strong background in both traditional and new media, she excels at storytelling, brand strategy, and stakeholder engagement. She holds an M.A. in International Journalism from Cardiff University.

William Zhang has an extensive business network with Chinese airport authorities and OTAs in China. Founder of China Air Media and PTY Travel Club and has organized numerous luxury groups to North America. He also worked with celebrity chef Roy Yamaguchi in the organization of a large number of Chinese entrepreneurs’ participation in the Annual Hawaiʻi Food & Wine Festival. 
Since 2006, Zijing has served as the chief editor of Travel Agency Information. She graduated from the School of Journalism and Communication of Peking University. She co-founded Travel Agency Information, Decheng Tourism Training Institutions, and other tourism-related businesses and provided services such as publicity, conferences and training for the vast number of tourism practitioners in China. 

Virginia Lin leads the development of integrated marketing strategies spanning trade and consumer segments, while overseeing campaign partnerships and public relations initiatives. With over a decade of experience in China’s outbound travel industry, Virginia has held key leadership roles at Brand USA and Disney U.S. Parks and Resorts, where she spearheaded business development and market expansion in China. During her tenure at Brand USA, she directed trade development initiatives, forging strong partnerships with U.S. destinations and major industry stakeholders. Virginia’s deep expertise in the evolving trends of Chinese outbound travel to the U.S. enables her to craft culturally resonant, data-driven marketing strategies that elevate destination’s appeal in this critical market.

​Sarah Wang is responsible for managing content development as well as coordinating all public relations scheduling and work, including media trips. Sarah has done many creative projects in luxury goods and tourism industries, and she is an A-list celebrity high-end wedding planner and owns extensive relationships with tourism related media and influencers in China.
Jasmin Li is over 15+ years global travel trade experience, specializing in integrating marketing resources and strong relationship with online travel agents, traditional wholesalers and all related industries. Jasmin also has excellent track record for taking initiative new projects, business development and monitoring destination knowledge and tourism education.

Wang Boming is President of the Stock Exchange Executive Council (SEEC), Chairman of China Web Limited (Hexun) and SEEC Investment Development Company Ltd., and Editor-in-Chief of CAIJING Magazine. A founder of China’s securities market, he established the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges—now global leaders by market cap—pioneered its bond market with the first government bond syndication, and launched the Cathey Fund, the world’s top emerging market fund in 1996-1997.

Since 1995, Wang has built SEEC Media into China’s largest private media group, with CAIJING as the premier outlet for policymakers and executives. A World Economic Forum Global Leader for Tomorrow (1996), he advises on global agendas, lectures at Tsinghua and Peking Universities, and has received honors including France’s Chevalier de la Légion d’honneur and Columbia’s 2016 Global Leadership Award. He holds an MPA from Columbia University (1987), after serving as an economist at the New York Stock Exchange.

Tim DeLessio is a seasoned travel retail executive with over 35 years leadership experience in the Luxury International sector. Tim retired from DFS Group, a global travel retailer of luxury goods and majority controlled by Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton (LVMH), at the end of 2019, capping a 22-year career where he was President of Global Operations, focusing on Store Operations, Finance, and Design/Construction. Tim has extensive experience in the travel and tourism industry with many different nationality groups. 
Jim Beighley has over 30 years of experience in luxury retail, travel trade and tourism. He was the former Executive Vice President, Strategy and Business Development with DFS Group, overseeing the long-term strategic planning for the Group as well as having responsibility for DFS’s Tourism Development and Travel Industry Marketing initiatives. He once served as Vice Chairman of the Guam Visitor’s Bureau, testifying before the US Congress three times on issues related to economic policy and tourism development for the US territories.
Yvonne Ma is the Founder and Managing Director of Eighty20 Marketing Limited, which focuses on strategic marketing for the tourism, property, and lifestyle brands. She has directed the overall business strategy and expanded the digital, social marketing, and branding operations. She was also the Director of the Hawai’i Tourism Authority and the Brand USA Tourism Board in Hong Kong, Taiwan and Southeast Asia between 2014-2019. Yvonne served as the governor of the Visit USA Committee in Hong Kong. 
Andrew is a 20+ year veteran in the tourism and hospitality industry with proven track records and owns extensive industry network in Taiwan and Southeast Asia Markets. He has spearheaded large MICE groups from greater China to the US market. Andrew recently served as the Regional Director for Meet Hawaii Asia and Managing Director for Hawaii Tourism Taiwan.
